This was excellent! Giving words to my thoughts! I only have a high school education and have known nothing about politics but I have been continually frustrated that politicians have no common sense when it comes to working for this country and individual communities of people. Also don’t seem to be accountable for their lies and yet people just seem to want to continue to believe them over and over. If any of us tried even one of their scams we’d be put away for life .as for the fostering system (I fostered and adopted through CAS) there are a lot of good people trying do the best and love these kids but I agree that the government and those in charge are not necessarily working for the good of the child or their families. There are cases that are clearly a danger but others I’m sure are just needing the right support financial and otherwise to be the parents and family they were meant to be. Even in the worst situations it often stems from generations of being beaten down. It has to start somewhere. Anyway thank you and I look forward to hearing more!
