Last week, Doug Ford released his new budget. In it, his government committed to changing how universities and colleges are funded, by referring to “performance outcome” … two words that when placed beside one another, become so meaningless that it’s almost funny to read in a budget.

    Performance outcomes! That’s what we need of Ford Corp. Proof that you Doug Ford actually has a brain since he never completed his own education, but it’s mind-blowing that he’d be let anywhere near post-secondary education as an uneducated fool himself. Shame on him and the Ontario PC government!
